Q, How do I sign up for an onsite health screening?A. Your HR must sign-up for their employees' health screening
here.
Once your HR signs-up, an email will be circulated by your HR/colleague. Decide on your health screening package and make a booking by clicking on the registration link in the email. Q, How do I select which screening pacakge is the best for me?A. You are highly advised to take the self-assessment form and watch this video to select the right package based on your unique risk profile and ensure that you do not overscreen or underscreen. If you are still unsure, you may ask our friendly staff during your screening for clarifications. Q, Who is entitled to the FREE basic screening package?A. The FREE basic screening package is available to full-time employees who registered only during the registration period.
Q, What is included in the FREE basic screening package?A. The FREE basic screening packages will cover tests for chronic disease such as high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity. Upgrade packages will be available for your selection based on your unique risk profile.
Q, Why must I opt to upgrade my health screening package?A. Your health screening needs are unique to your family history, age, genetics, and lifestyle. Opting for a more comprehensive and upgraded package can help you screen early for your specific concerns. For more info on package upgrades, you may connect with your HR.
Q, How long is a screening session?A. A screening session will typically take 30 - 45 minutes per person.
Q, How do I prepare for my health screening?A. Book a time slot, choose your preferred package, and make payment online. Fasting is required for at least 8 hours prior to the selected screening time slot. Plain water and your regular medication (except diabetic medication) can be consumed. For females, if you are on your period during the health screening day, you may arrange for an alternate day for urine sample collection. You will undergo a few tests, namely height measurement, weight measurement, blood pressure measurement, body fat percentage measurement, blood test, and urine test . You will receive your individualised screening report with lab test results within 2 -3 working days after your screening via email which you indicated during point of registration.
Q, What do I do with my health screening results?A. For those with abnormal results, it is advised to follow-up with a doctor. My Healthcare Collective offers a post screening tele-consultation for those who wish to follow-up with our doctors at a corporate rate.
Q, Will my individual health report be shared with HR?
A. No, your HR wil not have access to your records due to patient confidentiality.
